This pinot noir-based Rosé comes from a small family winery that produces consistently good wines. This is not flashy Yarra, but more down to earth. The family grows the grapes (all estate fruit) and the wine is made by one of the region’s best gun-for-hire winemakers. It is super-dry, as you’d expect from the style - lots of strawberry and florals on the nose, pomegranate on the palate, finishing with pithy acidity. This is a really classy wine.
