Selling Fees
When your item sells, Starts at 60 Marketplace collects the amount paid by the buyer (including the item price, any delivery, gift wrap, or other charges, as well as taxes and customs duties to the extent required by GST regulations).
Referral Fees
All sellers (regardless of plan type) pay a referral fee on each item sold. Your referral fee will be agreed in writing with you prior to your account setup.
For all products, Starts at 60 deducts the applicable referral fee percentage calculated on the total sales price. The total sales price is the total amount paid by the buyer including shipping. There is no minimum or maximum referral fee at this time but we reserve the right to introduce these in the future.

Seller Approval
Sellers require approval from Starts at 60 before listing in some product categories, and not all categories may be within scope for the Startsat60 Marketplace at launch. We reserve the right to remove a seller at any time.
Fixed Closing Fee
Sellers on our Professional Selling Plan pilot will be charged $1 per product sold
Refunds
Refunds are managed by the vendor.
If you refund a customer for an order for which you have already received payment, Starts at 60 Marketplace will refund you the amount of the Referral Fee you paid for the item(s), minus the applicable Refund Administration Fee, which is the lesser of $5.00 or 20% of the applicable Referral Fee.
For example, if you refund a customer the $100.00 total sales price of an item in a category with a 20% Referral Fee, your Refund Administration Fee in this case will be $4 plus any applicable fees charged by payment gateways. Please lodge a request with your vendor manager.

Key Policies
Setting up
Setting up as a seller on our marketplace. Please prepare the following items ready to setup when setting up your vendor settings:
- Seller Description
- Seller Policy (your standard sales and returns details are entered into a text based form field)
- City
- Country/State
- Seller Contact Number
- Store Short Description
- Store Address
- Postcode
The above information will be displayed publicly on our site. Consumers will contact you directly about returns.
Setting up your products
Your dashboard enables you to set up your products manually or automatically
Setting up payment information
We pay our vendors by electronic bank transfer on the 1st and the 16th of each month, generating an invoice from the sales delivered in an allotted 15 day period. Proceeds are released for eligibility for payment 7 days after the scheduled delivery date. Please set up your payment details in your seller dashboard.
Integrating with another shopping system
You will need your logins and feed details for Shopify, Magento or Woo Commerce. Our system can pull in products from these systems if your shop runs on them; or you can upload the products by CSV or XML feed; or enter them manually.
